This Privacy Policy explains how the apps published by DMIBAR (“we”, “us”) and listed in Section 2 (each, an “App”) handle information. DMIBAR is the independent developer shown as the seller on each App’s App Store page. Each App also has its own Privacy Policy with details specific to that App; for that App, its own Privacy Policy applies.

Our Apps do not collect personal data.
- No account or sign-in.
- No analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, advertising or tracking by us.

- Everything the App stores stays on your device.
- We do not sell, rent or share personal data.

3. Information Stored on Your Device
Each App stores settings and similar information on your device only, so that it works as you expect, and does not transmit it to us or to anyone else. Each App’s Privacy Policy lists what it stores.
You can delete this information by deleting the App; on a Mac, also delete its folders in ~/Library/Containers and, if present, ~/Library/Group Containers. If you back up your device, for example with iCloud Backup or Time Machine, this information may be included in your backups, which are controlled by you and your backup provider.
4. Apple and the App Store
The App is distributed through the App Store, which Apple operates independently of us. Apple processes information such as your Apple Account, downloads, purchases and payments under the Apple Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment details or your Apple Account information, and we do not control the information Apple processes.
If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us crash reports and aggregated statistics about the App, such as the number of installations and sessions. These do not identify you to us. You can change this choice in Settings (iPhone and iPad) or System Settings (Mac) → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Ratings and reviews you leave on the App Store are published and handled by Apple.
5. When You Contact Us
If you write to us by e-mail — directly or through a “Contact” or “Send Feedback” option in the App, where available, which opens your own e-mail app — we receive your e-mail address, your message and anything you choose to include. A pre-filled message may contain technical details such as the App version, operating system version and device model; you can review, change or remove them before sending. Nothing is sent unless you send the e-mail yourself.
We use this information only to reply to you and to deal with your request, based on our legitimate interest in answering it. We do not use it for marketing and do not add you to any mailing list. We delete correspondence when it is no longer needed for that purpose, unless we must keep it to comply with the law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Our e-mail service provider processes messages on our behalf.
6. Our Website
Our website, dmibar.com, does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. It may remember your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage, which stays in your browser. As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as IP addresses in order to deliver pages and protect the website against abuse. We do not use this information to identify visitors.
7. Sharing and Requests for Data
We do not sell, rent or share personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Because the App does not send us information about you or your use of it, we hold no such information and cannot disclose it to anyone — including other companies, other users or public authorities. We disclose e-mail correspondence only where we are required to do so by law.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority — for example, under the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that law.
Because the App does not collect personal data, we usually hold no data about you. Information stored by the App is on your device and under your control. If you have written to us, you can ask us to access or delete that correspondence by contacting us at the address in Section 11.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy, for example when the App changes. The current version is always published at this address with its “Last Updated” date. If a future version of the App handles information differently, we will update this Policy to describe it before that version is released.
11. About This Policy and Contact
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. It is provided for information and is not a contract. The terms that apply to your use of the App are set out in the Terms of Service.
